Abstract
Transit Oriented Development Area in Cibubur is an integrated transit place for mass public transportation that can be used for the general public, ranging from bus-based mass transportation, online transportation that is under development, and LRT which is a government program to increase public interest in using public transportation in activities day by day, with the existence of the TOD area and its facilities it is expected that the public can leave the transportation / private vehicle in carrying out activities such as going to the office. The development of the TOD Area does not only contain the transit area, but also MICE and Hotel facilities, with these two functions, it can add attraction to the community so that they can use the TOD area, MICE in this area can function as a venue for events, and The hotel is a support for people outside the area that has needs around Jakarta, can use LRT. Or for MICE users Keywords: Transport Oriented Development, Hotel, MICE Kawasan Transit Oriented Development di cibubur merupakan tempat transit terpadu bagi transportasi umum massal yang dapat digunakan untuk masyarakat umum, mulai dari transportasi massal berbasis bus, transportasi online yang sedang berkebang, serta LRT yang menjadi program pemerintah untuk menaikan minat masyarakan dalam menggunakan transportasi publik dalam kegiatan sehari hari, dengan adanya kawasan TOD beserta fasilitasnya diharapkan masyarakan umum dapat meninggalkan transportasi / kendaraan pribadi dalam melakukan kegiatan seperti pergi ke kantor. Pembangunan Kawasan TOD tidak hanya berisi tentang kawasan transit, tetapi tedapat juga fasilitas MICE serta Hotel, dengan adanya dua fungsi tersebut, kiranya dapat menambahkan daya tarik bagi para masyarakat sehingga dapat menggunakan kawasan TOD, MICE pada kawasan ini dapat berfungsi sebagai tempat perhelatan acara, serta Hotel menjadi penunjang bagi masyarakat di luar daerah yang mempunyai keperluan di sekitar jakarta, dapat menggunakan LRT. atau bagi pengguna MICE. Kata kunci : Transport Oriented Development, Hotel, MICE.
