Abstract

Transjakarta is one of the means of public transportation that is expected to overcome the existing road network congestion from the City of Tangerang - DKI Jakarta. In order to increase public access to Transjakarta, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and the Tangerang City Government have agreed to the corridor Transjakarta bus 13. The purpose of this study is to study and improve the performance of Transjakarta buses by collecting data obtained and obtaining bidding on Transjakarta bus services. The method used for research is the method of collecting research data and survey stages. To get all research data must conduct research directly in the field, research in the field was carried out the first day until the afternoon. For data collection methods with the performance used in this study is a questionnaire. This research refers to the Director General of Land Transportation SK Decree No.SK.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Passenger Transportation in Urban Areas in the Regular and Regular Route and Transportation Regulations of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM. 10 of 2012 concerning Road-based Bulk Transport Minimum Service Standards The results showed that the results of the C value were obtained between the time / headway, load factor, travel time and the number of vehicles operating which meant that the value was not good at the Transjakarta Bus Operational Performance Puri Beta 2, Ciledug - Tosari. From the results of the overall assessment of operational performance, it can produce operational results of "MEDIUM" in the period 07: 00-10: 00 Direction II, 10: 00-14: 00 for both Directions, 16: 00-19: 00 for Direction I While the value results operational period 07: 00-10: 00 Direction I and 16: 00-19: 00 Direction II gets the value of "GOOD LESS" which supports the performance and satisfaction of Transjakarta bus service 13C corridor route puri beta 2, Ciledug - Tosari is still "GOOD ENOUGH " Keywords: Transjakarta Bus, Direction, Period, Performance and satisfaction Transjakarta merupakan salah satu sarana Transportasi publik yang diharapkan bisa mengatasi meningkatnya kemacetan jaringan jalan yang ada dari Kota Tangerang – DKI Jakarta. untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap Transjakarta maka Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan Pemerintahan Kota Tangerang telah menyepakati pengoperasian bus Transjakarta koridor 13. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kinerja bus Transjakarta dengan mengacu data yang diperoleh dan mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan bus Transjakarta. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu metode pengolahan data tahapan penelitian dan tahapan survey. Untuk mendapatkan semua data penelitian harus melakukan penelitian secara langsung dilapangan, penelitian di lapangan di lakukan secara satu hari dari pagi hingga sore. Untuk metode pengumpulan data dengan kinerja digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebaran angket. Penelitian ini mengacu pada standar SK Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat No.SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Penumpang Umum di Wilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap dan Teratur dan peraturan menteri perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor PM. 10 Tahun 2012 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Angkutan Massal berbasis Jalan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa didapatkan hasil nilai C pada waktu antara/headway, load factor, waktu perjalanan dam jumlah kendraan yang beroperasi yang artinya nilai tersebut belum sepenuhnya baik pada Kinerja Operasional Bus Transjakarta rute Puri Beta 2, Ciledug – Tosari. Dari hasil keseluruhan penilian kinerja operasional di dapat bahwa hasil nilai operasional merupakan “SEDANG” pada periode 07:00-10:00 arah II, 10:00-14:00 untuk kedua arah, 16:00-19:00 untuk arah I sedangkan hasil nilai operasional periode 07:00-10:00 arah I dan 16:00-19:00 arah II mendapatkan nilai “KURANG BAIK” yang artinya kinerja dan kepuasan pelayanan bus Transjakarta koridor 13C rute puri beta 2, Ciledug - Tosari masih dibilang “CUKUP BAIK”.
