Abstract
MATV network quality is needed to meet customer expectations of television network services in Jakarta Islamic Hospital. And the quality of user experience (Quality of Experience) is expected to be in accordance with the quality that is on the side of the MATV device, from the results of the device output to get results that for the headend or mini studio side the measurement results show good results as seen from the results of dB meter which shows the average output frequency in the range of 75 dBμV to 80 dBμV . While the quality on the user side in the range 60 dBμV to 75 dBμV . This shows the MATV output signal is still in good category while. From the results of the questionnaire on the quality of MATV services it appears that the results obtained show off 3,66 or sufficient value, or in other words, still not satisfying the user. Key word, MATV, Headend, QoE,dB, MOS Kualitas jaringan MATV sangat dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan terhadap layan jaringan Televisi di Rumah sakit islam Jakarta.dan kualitas pengalaman pengguna (Quality of Experience) pun diharapkan sesuai dengan kualitas yang di miliki di sisi perangkat MATV, dari hasil pengukuran pada output perangkat di dapatkan hasil bahwa untuk sisi headend atau studio mini hasil pengukuran menunjukan hasil yang bagus terlihat dari hasil dB meter yang menunjukan rata output kuat sinyal di kisaran 75 dBμV s/d 80 dBμV. Sedangkan kualitas di sisi pengguna di kisaran 60 dBμV s/d 75 dBμV . Ini menunjukan sinyal output MATV masih dalam aktegori baik sedangkan . Dari hasil kuisoner terhadap kualitas layanan MATV terlihat bahwa hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan nilai 3,66 atau cukup, atau dengan kata lain, masih belum memuaskan pengguna.
