Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of variables, job satisfaction, workload and organizational commitment on the turnover of the intention of Telecommunication company account officer at PT XYZ and analyze the most influential variables on turnover intention. The sample used was 89 respondents. The method used in this sampling is Saturated Sampling where the total population is equal to the number of samples, while the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, using the help of the SPSS 25 program. The test results are to find out and analyze the variables as the following: 1) The effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of PT XYZ. 2) The effect of workload on PT XYZ turnover intention. 3) The effect of organizational commitment on PT XYZ turnover intention. 4) The influence of job satisfaction, workload and organizational commitment simultaneously on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Workload, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel, kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi PT XYZ dan menganalisis variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 89 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah sampel jenuh di mana total populasi sama dengan jumlah sampel, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil pengujian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel-variabel sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention PT XYZ. 2) Pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention PT XYZ. 3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention PT XYZ. 4) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Turnover Intention.
