Abstract
This study aims to find out, develop and test the influence of Leadhership style, Motivation, Organizational Culture on Employees Performance of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia . The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, through multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Version 25 program as a data processing tool. The population of this research is PT.Ace Hardware Indonesia totaling 175 employees, and the number of samples is 122 respondents taken using probability sampling technique with the type of sampling used is simple random sampling. Based on the results of statistical tests found that (1) Leadhership Stle has a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance with a coefficient of significance 0.003 (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance with a significance value of 0.000 (3) the Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance with a significant value of 0.012 coefficient (4) Leadhership Style, Motivation and Organizational Culture simultaneously effect Employees Peformance at PT.Ace Hardware Indonesia. Key Word : Ledhership Syle, Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Employees Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengembangkan dan menguji pengaruh gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Ace Hardware Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program IBM SPSS Versi 25 sebagai alat pengolah data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah PT.Ace Hardware Indonesia yang berjumlah 175 karyawan, dan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 122 responden yang menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien signifikansi 0,003 (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (3). ) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi koefisien 0,012 (4) Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan di PT.Ace Hardware Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
