Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, compensation, work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Citra Makmur Sejahtera, the respondents used were 138 employees out of a total population of 210 employees. Data were processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 24.00. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study also showed a strong correlation between the participatory dimensions of leadership variables with the dimensions of work quality on employee performance variables, then between the dimensions of direct payment of money to the compensation variable with timeliness dimensions on employee performance variables also strong correlation, then There is a strong correlation between the dimensions of physiological needs in the variable work motivation and the dimensions of work quality on employee performance variables. Keywords: leadership, compensation, work motivation , employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Citra Makmur Sejahtera, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 138 karyawan dari total populasi 210 orang karyawan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan adanya korelasi yang cukup kuat antara dimensi partisipasif pada variabel kepemimpinan dengan dimensi kualitas kerja pada variabel kinerja karyawan, kemudian antara dimensi pembayaran uang secara langsung pada variabel kompensasi dengan dimensi ketepatan waktu pada variabel kinerja karyawan juga terjadi korelasi yang kuat, selanjutnya terjadi korelasi yang cukup kuat antara dimensi kebutuhan fisiologis pada variabel motivasi kerja dengan dimensi kualitas kerja pada variabel kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan, kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan.
