Abstract
The development of automotive industry in Indonesia is growing very rapidly and competitive. This research is to improve the production process of door sash APV with value stream mapping method at PT Ingress Malindo Ventures. One of the problems that highlighting is the process time door sash APV not optimal. The purpose of this research is to observe the types of waste in process flow so that it can be minimized. Process time activity on the door sash product is not optimal, this causes the product that is not finished to be WIP. In this research is implemented by using Value Stream Mapping (VSM). From the results obtained the amount of process time before 3.94 min to 3.74 min. The results of the improvement can reduce the overall NVA sub assy process Keyword (s): process time, lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, NVA, door sash APV Perkembangan industri otomotif di Indonesia sangat cukup pesat dan bersaing. Penelitian ini bejudul perbaikan proses produksi door sash APV dengan metode value stream mapping di PT Ingress Malindo Ventures. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah process time door sash APV yang lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis waste pada aliran proses sehingga dapat mempercepat aliran proses produksi. Aktivitas process time pada produk door sash tidak optimal, hal ini menyebabkan adanya produk yang tidak selesai dikerjakan sehingga menjadi WIP. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan implementasi dengan menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Dari hasil yang diperoleh jumlah process time sebelumnya 3.94 min menjadi 3.74 min. Hasil improvement didapatkan dapat mengurangi secara keseluruhan NVA proses sub assy. Kata Kunci: process time, lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, NVA, door sash APV
