Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Training, Motivation, and Transformational Leadership on the performance at Land Affair West Jakarta Office. Research data from questionnaires and secondary data. The sampling method used was probability sampling. From a population of 129 people, 100 people become the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The result showed that Training, Motivation, and Transformational Leadership simultaneously are having significant influence to the performance of civil servants at Land Affair West Jakarta Office. Partially Training and Transformational Leadership has positive significant effect on the performance, while Motivation has a positive but insignificants effect.
