Abstract

in Tanah Abang sub-district in the central Jakarta area there is a Jati Baru Raya street which is where on the road. Various traffic problems often arise such as side obstacles or activities on the side of the road which often harm road users, and also on that road there is a crossroads which is one of the point of conflict that causes congestion, that is because the intersection is the point of traffic flow, the high activity affects the road performance. Therefore there needs to be an analysis of the effect of side barriers and signal intersections on the performance of these roads, as well as the best solution to deal with these problems. From the results of data analysis and processing based on MKJI 1997 guide, the side obstacle frequency values were obtained 503,1 event/hour, the value of road capacity is 2568,5 smp/jam with a degree of saturation (DS) 0,19 while the value of the capacity of the intersection is obtained 2154 smp/hour and the degree of saturation (DS) 0,67, then the value of the intersection delay (DT) 23,71 sec/smp, delay geometric (DG) 5,06, the average delay of each approach 25,71 det/smp and the value of the level of intersection service (LOS) D in terms of intersection conditions is lacking. keywords : side barriers, intersections, degree of saturation, MKJI 1997 Pada kecamatan Tanah Abang di wilayah Jakarta Pusat terdapat jalan Jati Baru Raya yang mana pada jalan tersebut. Beragam permasalahan lalu lintas sering timbul seperti hambatan samping atau aktifitas pada samping jalan yang mana sering merugikan pengguna jalan.. dan juga pada jalan tersebut terdapat persimpangan jalan yang merupakan salah satu titik konflik penyebab kemacetan, hal tersebut dikarenakan persimpangan merupakan titik bertemunya arus lalu lintas, tingginya aktifitas tersebut berpengaruh pada kinerja jalan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis mengenai pengaruh hambatan samping dan simpang bersinyal terhadap kinerja ruas jalan tersebut, serta solusi yang terbaik untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut. Dari hasil analisis dan pengolahan data berdasarkan panduan MKJI 1997, didapatkan nilai frekuensi hambatan samping sebesar 503,1 kejadian/jam, nilai kapasitas jalan sebesar 2568.5 smp/jam dengan derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0,19 sedangkan nilai kapasitas simpang didapat 2154 smp/jam dan derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0,67 maka memperoleh nilai tundaan simpang (DT) 23,71 det/smp, tundaan geometrik (DG) 5,06, tundaan rata-rata tiap pendekat 25,71 det/smp dan nilai tingkat pelayanan simpang (LOS) D yang dalam artian kondisi simpang kurang.
