Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisa Perbandingan Mortar Konvensional dan Mortar Instan (RAPI) Terhadap Pasangan Dinding Batu Bata dan Plesteran Di Tinjau Dari Mutu, BIaya, Dan Waktu, Penulis: TB. M. Nazmi Habibi, NIM 41115320027, Dosen Pembimbing : Hamonangan Girsang, ir., ST., MT ., PMT , Tahun 2018 /2019. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah menuju ke era globalisasi dengan menekankan pada mutu produk dan efisiensi. Adanya masalah yang sering dijumpai di lapangan serta tuntutan kebutuhan kiranya harus dijawab dengan pengembangan inovasi untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang lebih kompetitif, aplikatif dan mudah dalam penerapan di lapangan. Berkembangnya teknologi dalam kontruksi telah menghasilkan produk Mortar siap pakai merupakan salah satu produk yang semakin dibutuhkan dalam industri konstruksi karena beberapa alasan seperti sumber bahan, lokasi proyek, ketepatan mutu, efisiensi bahan, manajemen dan faktor harga. Makin besar skala kota dan makin sulit mendapatkan kualitas bahan dengan harga yang murah serta penanganan yang makin kompleks cukup menjadikan alasan dalam pengembangan suatu produk yang lebih praktis dengan jaminan mutu yang lebih baik. Tujuan untuk mengarah pada kemudahan dalam peroses pekerjaan dilapangan dengan tetap mengedepankan mutu, namun pemanfaatannya masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui perbandingan mortar instan rapi dengan mortar konvensional terhadap biaya, mutu, dan waktu terhadap pasangan dinding bata merah dan plesteran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan dalam 28 hari kuat tekan dari Mortar Instan RM-115 memiliki nilai kuat tekan 215,88 kg/cm2 yang lebih besar dan lebih terukur di banding Mortar Konvensional yang memiliki nilai 151,76 kg/cm2 yang pelaksanaannya terkadang kurang tepat. Waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan pasangan dinding batu bata merah menggunakan bahan Mortar Instan RM-115 adalah 14 hari, sedangkan waktu yang dibutuhkan pada pekerjaan pasangan dinding batu bata merah bahan Mortar Konvensional adalah 15 hari. Sehingga pekerjaan pasangan dinding batu bata merah menggunakan bahan Mortar Instan RM-115 lebih efisien 1 hari dan penyimpanan lebih bersih dibandingkan menggunakan bahan Mortar Konvensional. Harga pemasangan dinding bata merah menggunakan bahan Mortar RM-115 di perumahan Bintaro Sektor 7 adalah RP. Rp 36.858.425,99. Harga pemasangan dinding bata merah menggunakan bahan Mortar Konvensional di perumahan Bintaro Sektor 7 adalah Rp. 47.188.780,22. Pekerjaan Pemasangan dinding batu bata merah menggunakan bahan Mortar RM-115 lebih mahal dengan selisih Rp. 10.330.354,23. Current technological developments have led to the era of globalization by emphasizing product quality and efficiency. Problems that are often encountered in the field and demands must be answered by developing innovations to produce a product that is more competitive, applicable and easy to apply in the field. The development of technology in construction has resulted in ready-made Mortar products is one product that is increasingly needed in the construction industry for several reasons such as material source, project location, quality accuracy, material efficiency, management and price factors. The larger the scale of the city and the more difficult to get quality materials at low prices and increasingly complex handling, it is enough to make an excuse in developing a more practical product with better quality assurance. The aim is to lead to ease in the process of work in the field while continuing to prioritize quality, but its utilization is still not maximized. This study tries to determine the neat instant mortar comparison with conventional mortar against the cost, quality, and time of the red brick and plastering wall pairs. The results showed that the compressive strength in 28 days the compressive strength of the Instant Mortar RM-115 has a compressive strength of 215.88 kg / cm2 which is larger and more measurable compared to Conventional Mortar which has a value of 151.76 kg / cm2 whose implementation is sometimes less right. The time needed to complete the red brick wall pair work using Instant Mortar materials RM115 is 14 days, while the time needed on the work of the red brick wall pair Conventional Mortar material is 15 days. So that the work of the red brick wall pair using RM-115 Instant Mortar material is more efficient 1 day and cleaner storage than using conventional Mortar material. The price of installing red brick walls using Mortar RM115 material in Bintaro Sector 7 housing is Rp. 36.858.425,99. The price of installing red brick walls using Conventional Mortar materials in Bintaro Sector 7 housing is Rp. 47.188.780,22. Work Red brick wall installation using Mortar materials RM-115 is more expensive with a difference of Rp. 10.330.354,23.
