Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity and profitability on firm value in oil palm sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia S tock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study were oil palm plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The samples used were 7 companies in the oil palm plantation sub-sector that met the criteria. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data collection method uses the library method, by downloading the annual report data of the oil palm plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Methods of data analysis using panel data regression analysis with the help of EViews 9 software. This study proves that the capital structure is negative but not significant to firm value, liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 7 perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode perpustakaan, dengan mengunduh data laporan tahunan Perusahaan Sub Sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software EViews 9. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Struktur modal negatif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan.
