Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahan FMCG (Fast Moving Consumers Good) di Indonesia. Permasalahan Lean Manufacturing untuk meningkatkan produktifitas adalah hal yang penting untuk kelangsungan perusahaan yang lebih lama lagi. Analisa masalah menggunakan Metode Lean Manufacturing seperti identifikasi waste produksi salah satunya fokus kepada kelebihan gerakan (waste motion), fishbone diagram, whys analyze dipilih dalam penelitian ini karena metode tersebut dianggap sederhana untuk dapat menganalisa akar penyebab masalah yang ada di proses pengepakkan. Setelah di teliti, ternyata terdapat dua aktifitas yang hanya memberikan beban terhadap proses produksi karena tidak bernilai tambah tetapi paling dominan dan aktifitas tersebut terjadi di hampir semua line produksi. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan perbaikan guna menurunakan persentase yang tidak bernilai tambah menjadi berkurang, sehingga hanya aktifitas yang bernilai tambahlah yang memiliki persentase paling banyak. Setelah dilakukan Analisa ternyata persentase di setiap line produksi mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan, misalnya di line P dari 53 % aktifitas non value added yang terjadi dan setelah dilakukan perbaikan menjadi 9% aktifitas non value added. Setiap line produksi mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan pada aktifitas non value added. Kata kunci : Lean Manufacturing, waste motion, process activity mapping, fishone, whys analys. ABSTRACT PT. XYZ is one of the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumers Good) companies in Indonesia. The issue of Lean Manufacturing to increase productivity is important for the continuity of the company even longer. Problem analysis using Lean Manufacturing Methods such as identifying waste production, one of which focuses on waste motion, fishbone diagrams, analyze whys selected in this study because the method is considered simple to be able to analyze the root causes of problems in the flapping process.. After research, it turns out that there are two activities that only burden the production process because they are not of added value but are the most dominant and these activities occur in almost all production lines. Therefore the authors make improvements to use the percentage that is not value added to be reduced, so that only activities that have added value have the most percentage. After analyzed, the percentage in each production line has decreased significantly, for example in line P from 53% of non value added activities that occur and after repairs to 9% of non value added activities.
