Abstract
This research was conducted to provide data in a solution to reduce employee turnover intentions which will have an impact on turnover through examination and analyze of work environment and organizational commitment factors to turnover intentions. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula, where the data is taken directly using a questionnaire from 229 respondents of the employees of PT. Indiconaya Terminal. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 22.0 application. The results of the research statistically show that there is a significant influence between the work environment and organizational commitment together (simultaneous) on turnover intentions, with the magnitude of the effect of 71.3% while the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research, where partially the work environment and commitment each organization has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention which is indicated by the results of the t-test amounting to 3.408 with a significance of 0.001 for the work environment and the results of the t-test amounting to 7.884 with a significance of 0.000 for organizational commitment. Keywords: work environment, organizational commitment, turnover intention Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan data dalam solusi mengurangi intensi turnover karyawan yang akan berdampak terhadap terjadinya turnover melalui pengujian serta analisis faktor lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover. Metode sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dimana data diambil secara langsung menggunakan kuesioner dari 229 responden pegawai PT.Multicon Indrajaya Terminal. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22.0. Hasil Penelitian secara statistik menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap intensi turnover, dengan besaran pengaruh sebesar 71.3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian, dimana secara parsial lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t hitung sebesar 3.408 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.001 untuk lingkungan kerja serta hasil uji t hitung sebesar 7.884 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 untuk komitmen organisasi.
