Abstract

This objectives of this research is to examine the influence of motivation, job statisfaction, and work environment to the employee performance in the Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Jakarta Kota. Motivation is a process that explains the intensity , direction , and persistence of an individual to achieve his goal. The research is causality using survey approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employee servants who works in the Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Jakarta Kota as 94 person. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption testing, validity and reliability testing and hypothesis testing by multiple regression analysis techniques were processed using by SPSS 21.00 for Windows programs. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination resulted in adjusted R-Square of 0,723, or 72,3%, demonstrating the influence of variable motivation, job statisfaction and work environment to the employee perfomance, whereas 27,7% are affected by other factors not examined in this research. These results showed that: (1) Simultaneously, motivation, job statisfaction and work environment have a significant effect to the employee perfomance; and (2) Partially, motivation,job statisfaction and work environment have a positive effect to the employee perfomance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Jakarta Kota. Motivasi adalah proses yang menjelaskan intensitas, arah, dan ketekunan seorang individu untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan mengunakan pendekatan survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh kayawan sebanyak 94 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas data serta pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS 21.00 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menghasilkan nilai adjusted R-Square sebesar 0.723 atau 72,3%, hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh variabel motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sebesar 27,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara simultan motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan (2) Secara parsial motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja pun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.
