Abstract
The objectives of this study were to examine the relationship between learning agility and leadership skills in PT X Jakarta employees. There were 101 respondents that have age range 20-60 years old and selected through purposive sampling. The instruments of this research use measurement tools which adapted and modified with 34 items for learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.868 and 15 items for Workload Perception (SWAT) (Gerry Reid, 1989) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.800 Data analysis uses mean, standard deviation, and correlation techniques Spearman Rank. The result showed that a positive and significant relation between learning agility and Workload Perception (r = 0,453; p = 0,00). It means that the Learning Agility has relationship to Workload Perception. Different test found that there was no difference in Learning Agility and Perception of Workload based on age, education and gender as well as years of service. Keywords: Learning agility, Workload, mental Workload Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Learning agility terhadap persepsi beban kerja pada karyawan PT.X Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional dan alat ukur penelitian ini berdasarkan dimensi Learning agility dan persepsi beban kerja. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 101 orang karyawan berusia 20-60 tahun. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur hasil adaptasi dan modifikasi dengan total 34 aitem untuk learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,868 dan 15 aitem untuk Persepsi beban kerja (SWAT) (Gerry Reid, 1989) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0.800 Analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi, dan teknik korelasi Spearman Rank. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara learning agility dan persepsi beban kerja pada karyawan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,453 dengan p = 0,00. Uji beda ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan learning agility dan persepsi beban kerja berdasarkan usia, pendidikan dan jenis kelamin serta masa kerja.
