Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationshio between organizational agility and learning agility of employees who are studing bachelor in Mercubuana University, Meruya Jakarta. The respondents of this study were 73 respondends who where collected and after filtering to be 66 respondents by convennience sampling. This research instrument uses adaptation measurement tools with a total 34 items for learning agility ( De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach;s Alpha 0.908 and 45 items for organization agility ( Wendler, 2016) with cronbach’s Alpha 0.972. analysis in this uses the mean value (mean), standard deviationm and person correlatin techniques. The Result of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between organization agility and leraning agility ( r = 0.708; p = 0.000) when organization agility is the higher means learning agility is higher. Keywords: Learning agility, organization agility, people agility Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan organization agility dengan learning agility Karyawan yang sedang menempuh S1 Universitas Mercubuana Meruya, Jakartaing2 hp beda. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 73 responden yang terkumpul dan setelah dilakukan filter menjadi 66 responden yang berasal dari pekerja yang sedang menempuh S1 Universitas Mercubuana Meruya secara convenience sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur adaptasi dengan total 34 item untuk learning agility ( De Meuse, 2015) dengan cronbach’s Alpha 0,908 dan 45 item untuk Organization agility ( Wendler, 2016) dengan cronbach’s Alpha 0,972. Analisa pada penelitian ini menggunanan nilai rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi, dan teknik korelasi pearson. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif yang significant organization agility dan learning agility (r = 0,708; p = 0,000) dimana semakin tinggi organization agility makan semakin tinggi learning agility pada individu.
