Abstract
Persediaan bahan baku merupakan hal yang penting agar proses produksi perusahaan berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien. Untuk menjaga persediaan bahan baku perlu adanya sistem pengendalian persediaan yang tepat agar permasalahan persediaan bisa diminimalisir. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah jenis multi- item untuk memproduksi produk intimates apparel yaitu bra. Data pemakaian aktual bahan baku selama Januari – Desember tahun 2017 mengalami stockout yaitu Nylon Tricot, N/S Elastane, FS Fiberfill, Mesh SM135 dan Spacer. Pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku terdapat kendala yaitu batasan kapasitas gudang dan unit diskon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis dan frekuensi pemesanan selama setahun dengan kendala kapasitas gudang dan unit diskon. Metode yang digunakan yaitu EOQ probabilistic multi-item Lagrange Multiplier (LM) dan metode program dinamis pendekatan algoritma Wagner-Within. Dari dua metode tersebut lalu dibandingkan untuk dicari solusi yang paling optimal dalam penentuan jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis. Metode Wagner-within mengahsilkan Total Annual Cost (TAC) sebesar Rp. 137.453.491, sedangkan Q* sebesar Rp. 187.339.290 dan Q* lagrange multiplier sebesar Rp. 135.982.935. Hasil yang optimal dilihat dari TAC semua bahan baku yang minimum didapatkan dengan metode Q* lagrange multiplier dengan penghematan biaya persediaan sebesar 31%. Dengan ini metode Q* lagrange multiplier direkomendasikan untuk perencanaan pengendalian bahan baku multi-item di perusahaan. To maintain the supply of raw materials there needs to be an appropriate inventory control system so that inventory problems can be minimized. The raw material used is a type of multi-item to produce intimates of apparel products, namely bras. The actual usage data of raw materials during January - December 2017 experienced a stockout of Nylon Tricot, N / S Elastane, FS Fiberfill, Mesh SM135 and Spacer. Management of raw material inventories has constraints, namely the limit of warehouse capacity and discount units. This study aims to determine the number of economical orders and the frequency of bookings for a year with constraints on warehouse capacity and discount units. The method used is EOQ probabilistic multi-item Lagrange Multiplier (LM) and dynamic program method approaching the Wagner-Within algorithm. From the two methods then compared to find the most optimal solution in determining the number of orders that are economical. The Wagner-within method produces a Total Annual Cost (TAC) of Rp. 137,453,491, while Q * was Rp. 187,339,290 and Q * lagrange multiplier of Rp. 135,982,935. The optimal results seen from the minimum TAC of all raw materials are obtained by the Q * lagrange multiplier method with inventory cost savings of 31%. With this method Q *lagrange multiplier is recommended for planning multi-item raw material control in the company.
