Abstract

ABSTRAK Upaya yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi pertumbuhan energi listrik tidak hanya memenuhi permintaan daya yang meningkat setiap tahun tetapi juga memperbaiki mutu keandalan pelayanan. Jaringan distribusi merupakan bagian dari sistem tenaga listrik yang paling dekat dengan pelanggan dan yang paling banyak mengalami gangguan, sehingga salah satu masalah utama dalam operasi sistem distribusi adalah mengatasi gangguan, sebab terjadinya banyak gangguan akan mempengaruhi indeks keandalan. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis keandalan sistem distribusi, perhitungan ini berdasarkan komponen peralatan dan gangguan di lapangan dari masing-masing komponen yang digunakan dalam jaringan distribusi tersebut. Jumlah elemen atau komponen yang digunakan dan panjangnya jaringan akan mempengaruhi hasil nilai indeks keandalan. Penyulang yang dianalisis diambil dari Gardu Induk Bekasi, Penyulang Attaqwa Rayon Babelan terbagi menjadi 2 Zona (Zona 1 dan Zona 2) hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai SAIFI untuk penyulang Attaqwa Zona 1 sebesar 3,22 pemadaman/tahun, Zona 2 sebesar 3,28 Pemadaman/tahun, sedangkan SAIDI Zona 1 sebesar 4,71 jam/tahun dan Zona 2 sebesar 4,84 jam/tahun. Kata-Kunci : Sistem Distribusi, Keandalan, SAIFI, SAIDI ABSTRACT The efforts needed to meet the growth of electrical energy not only meet the increasing demand for power every year but also improve the quality of service reliability. Distribution network is part of the electric power system that is closest to the customer and the most disturbed, so one of the main problems in the operation of distribution systems is to overcome interference, because the occurrence of many disturbances will affect the reliability index. In this study, an analysis of the distribution system reliability was carried out, this calculation was based on equipment components and disturbances in the field of each component used in the distribution network. The number of elements or components used and the length of the network will affect the results of the reliability index value. The analyzed feeders were taken from Bekasi Substation, Attaqwa Feeder Babelan Rayon was divided into 2 Zones (Zone 1 and Zone 2) the calculation results obtained SAIFI value for Attaqwa feeder Zone 1 was 3.22 blackouts / year, Zone 2 was 3.28 blackouts / year, while SAIDI Zone 1 is 4.71 hours / year and Zone 2 is 4.84 hours / year.
