Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training, placement and compensation on the performance of trainee employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas. The research data is the assessment data of trainee employees during the year 2016 (January 1, 2016 until December 31, 2016). The sampling method used is saturated sampling (census), with a total of 92 trainee employees. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The results showed that training, placement and compensation simultaneously significantly influence the performance of trainee employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas. Partially, training, placement and compensation have a significant positive effect on the performance of trainee employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas, with the training is the variable that has the greatest impact on the performance of trainee employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas. Keywords : Training, Placement, Compensation, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh pelatihan, penempatan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan trainee PT. Asuransi Sinarmas. Data penelitian merupakan data penilaian karyawan trainee selama tahun 2016 (1 Januari 2016 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2016). Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh (sensus), dengan total 92 karyawan trainee. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pelatihan, penempatan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan trainee PT. Asuransi Sinarmas. Secara parsial, pelatihan, penempatan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan trainee PT. Asuransi Sinarmas, dengan pelatihan merupakan varibel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan trainee PT. Asuransi Sinarmas. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Penempatan, Kompensasi, Kinerja
