Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kinerja Biaya dan Waktu dengan Konsep Earned Value Analysis pada Proyek JAPEK II ELEVATED, Nama : Noviawati Puspita, Nim : 41118310058, Dosen Pembimbing : Yopi Lutfiansyah ST, MT, 2019. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan suatu konstruksi diperlukan manajemen proyek yang baik. Dimulai dari merencanakan, menjadwalkan, mengawasi hingga pengendalian sumber daya. Pengendalian suatu proyek harus dilakukan dari awal hingga proyek itu selesai. Pengendalian ini menjadi salah satu cara agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai rencana dan tidak mengalami kerugian baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan, pengambilan data, melakukan pengamatan langsung pada proyek, dan merangkum hasil pengumpulan datadata yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi penyimpangan biaya (Cost) dan waktu (Time), menghitung perkiraan besarnya biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk penyelesaian pengerjaan proyek, menghitung perkiraan keuntungan atau kerugian yang mungkin terjadi dalam penyelesaian proyek. Variansi yang ditekankan disini adalah untuk menyelidiki penyimpangan biaya atau jadwal pelaksanaan yang telah direncanakan atau ditentukan. Hasil analisis pada Proyek Jakarta-Cikampek II Elevated menyatakan bahwa pada bulan juli (bulan ke-28) nilai SPI sebesar 0,96 < 1 yang dapat diartikan bahwa progress proyek mengalami keterlambatan dan nilai CPI sebesar 1,44 > 1 yang dapat diartikan bahwa actual cost proyek masih lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan biaya total Anggaran. Perkiraan total biaya sampai dengan akhir proyek (BEAC) yaitu sebesar Rp.2,694,413,965,781 dari total biaya anggaran sebesar Rp.3,872,143,387,752 maka dapat menghemat sebesar Rp.1,177,729,421,971,-. Sedangkan untuk perkirran waktu selesai sampai dengan akhir proyek (SEAC) yaitu selama 918 hari dari waktu kontrak 915hari, maka akan terjadi keterlambatan selama 3 hari. In the implementation of construction activities a good project management is needed. Starting from planning, scheduling, overseeing to controlling resources. Control of a project must be carried out from the beginning until the project is completed. This control is one way to keep the work going according to plan and not experience losses both in terms of time and cost. The research procedure starts with conducting a literature study, collecting data, making direct observations on the project, and summarizing the results of gathering existing data. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the deviation of costs and time, calculate the estimated cost and time needed to complete the project work, calculate the estimated profit or loss that may occur in the completion of the project. Variants emphasized here are to investigate deviations in costs or planned schedules that have been planned or determined. The results of the analysis in the Jakarta-Cikampek II Elevated Project stated that in July (28th month) the SPI value is 0.96 <1 which could be interpreted that the project progress had been delayed and the CPI value is 1.44> 1 which could be interpreted that the actual the project cost is still smaller than the total budget cost. Estimated total costs up to the end of the project (BEAC) in the amount of Rp. 2,694,413,965,781 of the total budget cost of Rp. 3,872,143,387,752 can save Rp. 1,177,729,421,971. As for the estimated time to finish until the end of the project (SEAC) which is for 918 days from the time of the 915 day contract, there will be a delay of 3 days.
