Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Risiko Pengelolaan Kawasan Pasar Pramuka Jakarta Untuk Meningkatkan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Kasus : Pasar Pramuka) , Nama : Muhammad Agfi Alfian, NIM : 41115320046, Dosen Pembimbing : Ali Sunandar, S,ST M.T., 2020. Penelitian ini dilator belakangi seberapa besar pengaruh dari faktor-faktor risiko yang ada dikawasan pasar pramuka jakarta untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan penyebab terjadinya risiko pengelolaan yang ada di kawasan pasar pramuka jakarta terkait peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan penyebab terjadinya risiko pengelolaan yang ada di Kawasan Pasar Pramuka sehingga didapatkan beberapa risiko yang paling berpengaruh serta menyusun strategi untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di Kawasan Pasar Pramuka. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey berupa pengajuan pertanyaan pada beberapa responden. Survey ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara kepada pihak- pihak terkait yang dijadikan sumber informasi. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan aplikasi pengolah data statistik didapat beberapa risiko tinggi yang berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan dan mendapatkan strategi untuk mengurangi dampak tersebut. Kata Kunci : Analisis Risiko, Pengelolaan Pasar, Infrastruktur Pasar, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Pasar Pramuka. ABSTRACT Title: Risk Analysis of the Management of the Jakarta Pramuka Market Area to Increase Customer Satisfaction (Case Study: Pramuka Market), Nama : Muhammad Agfi Alfian, NIM : 41115320046, Dosen Pembimbing : Ali Sunandar, S,ST M.T., 2020. This research is motivated by how much influence the risk factors that exist in the Jakarta scout market area to increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the dominant factors causing management risks that exist in the Jakarta scout market area related to increased customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the dominant factors causing the management risks that exist in the Scouting Market Area so that some of the most influential risks are obtained as well as developing strategies to be able to increase customer satisfaction in the Scouting Market Area. The study used a survey method in the form of asking questions to several respondents. This survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews to relevant parties that were used as a source of information. From the results of data processing with a statistical data processing application, there are several high risks that have an impact on customer satisfaction and get a strategy to reduce these impacts Keywords: Risk Analysis, Market Management, Market Infrastructur, Customer Satisfaction, Pramuka Market.
