Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan analisis faktor-faktor keberhasilan implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) pada industri module maker. Dengan melakukan pembobotan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) didapatkan hasil kriteria perpektif total keterlibatan organisasi nilai 0.4926 dengan hasil bobot kriteria komitmen manajemen puncak 0.4644 sebagai kriteria tertinggi, kemudian berikutnya sistem mutu 0.2712 dengan hasil bobot kriteria perbaikan terus menerus 0.3859 sebagai kriteria tertinggi, ketiga adalah kemitraan kepada pelanggan dan pmasok 0.1168 dengan hasil bobot kriteria fokus kepuasan pelanggan 0.3232 sebagai kriteria tertinggi, peroritas keempat adalah pelatihan dan pendidikan 0.0795 yang memiliki bobot sama besar yaitu 0.5000 antara kriteria peningkatan kompetensi karyawaan dan kriteria peningkatan kreativitas karyawan, terakhir urutan prioritas kelima adalah pengukuran dan informasi 0.0399 dengan hasil bobot kriteria pengukuran kinerja 0.4133 sebagai kriteria tertinggi. Penerapan TQM kriteria perbaikan terus menerus (continuous improvement) diterapkan pada kasus actual produk cacat, dengan melakukan identifikasi penyebab utama cacat welding dan nut menggunakan fishbone diagram disimpulkan terjadi pada faktor manusia, mesin, metode, dan material. Dengan melakukan improvement menggunakan analisis 5W1H perbaikan utama yang harus dilakukan adalah pelatihan, instruksi kerja, perawatan, standar pemilihan pemasok dan standar inspeksi incoming material. Kata kunci: Total Quality Management, Analytic Network Process, Continous Improvement, Fishbone, 5W1H. The aim of this study is to provide an analysis of the success factors in implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in the module maker industry. By weighing the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, the results from the perspective of total organizational involvement score of 0.4926 with the criteria of top management commitment weighting of 0.4644 as the highest criteria, the quality system of 0.2712 with the result of weighting a continuous increase of 0.3859 as the highest criterion, third is the partnership with customers and heading 0.1168 with the weighting of the results of the customer satisfaction focus criteria 0.3232 as the highest criterion, the fourth priority is training and education 0.0795 which has a weight equal to 0.5000 between the criteria for increasing employee competency and criteria To improve employee creativity, the last order of the fifth priority is the measurement and information 0.0399 with the result that the weight of the performance measurement criteria is 0.4133 as the highest criterion. The TQM implementation of the criteria for continuous improvement is applied to the actual case of nonconformity products, by identifying the main causes of welding and nut defects using fishbone diagrams, it is concluded that human, machine, method, and material factors are inferred. improvements action plan using the 5W1H analysis, the main improvements that must be made are training, work instructions, maintenance, supplier selection standards, and inspection standards for incoming raw materials.
