Abstract

Based on Indonesia's current population growth trends, it is estimated that by 2025 Indonesia will receive demographic bonuses that will affect Indonesia's productive age. To address this, one of the government's steps is to improve the quality of human resources through vocational education, including vocational secondary school (VSS). This research discusses the modeling of procurement needs along with the key criteria for obtaining vocational school teachers, which are an important element in the quality of vocational education. The result of this study is the actual data mathematical model of Y = 280966 - 41.6 X1 - 12.47 X2 + 33.4 X3 - 20.7 X4, while the model in the prediction data is Y = - 5964 - 0.282 X1 + 8.085 X2 + 0.273 X3 - 0.373 X4. Social competence is an important criterion for productive subject teachers, when planning and implementing learning assessments, having a good role model, being able to communicate and socialize effectively with students, mastering scholarly materials related to the field of study into sub-criteria is important in becoming a productive vocational subject teacher. Berbasis pada trend pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia saat ini, maka diperkirakan tahun 2025 Indonesia mendapat bonus demografi yang berdampak pada tingginya penduduk usia produktif di Indonesia. Untuk menghadapi hal tersebut salah satu langkah pemerintah adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan vokasi antara lain Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Pada penelitian ini dibahas memodelkan kebutuhan pengadaan beserta kriteria utama guru mata pelajaran produktif SMK yang merupakan elemen penting kualitas pendidikan vokasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah model matematik dari data aktual yaitu Y = 280966 – 41,6 X1 – 12,47 X2 + 33,4 X3 – 20,7 X4, sementara model pada data forecast adalah Y = - 5964 – 0,282 X1 + 8,085 X2 + 0,273 X3 – 0,373 X4. Kompetensi Sosial menjadi yang terpenting pada kriteria guru mata pelajaran produktif, sementara Merancang dan melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran, Berakhlak mulia dan dapat menjadi teladan, Mampu berkomunikasi dan bergaul secara efektif dengan peserta didik, Menguasai substansi keilmuan yang terkait dengan bidang studi menjadi subkriteria terpenting dalam menjadi guru mata pelajaran produktif SMK.
