Abstract

ABSTRAK Perencanaan suatu struktur gedung harus memperhitungkan gaya-gaya yang terjadi, serta direncanakan sesuai standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, redesain struktur atas gedung kantor Jalak Harupat menggunakan bahan material baja harus mengacu pada Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung (SNI 1726 : 2012), Beban Minimum Untuk Perencanaan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur lain (SNI 1727:2013), dan Spesifikasi untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural (SNI 1729:2015). Redesain struktur atas meliputi perencanaan kolom, dan balok. Sedangkan plat lantai, dan tangga dianggap sebagai beban. Perencanaan struktur direncanakan menggunakan material baja IWF. Analisis perhitungan menggunakan program ETABS, dan penggambaran menggunakan program AutoCad. Selain itu, dilakukan perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk struktur kolom, dan balok untuk mengetahui perbandingan harga antara struktur beton existing dengan struktur baja redesain. Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya menggunakan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan tahun 2018. Dari perhitungan, didapat struktur existing sebesar Rp. 1.699.662.979,- sedangkan struktur redesain menggunakan baja sebesar Rp. 2.964.136.583,-. Berat sendiri struktur existing sebesar 760.594 kg, sedangkan struktur baja sebesar 134.733,5 kg. Struktur baja dalam redesain gedung kantor Jalak Harupat lebih mahal dari pada struktur existing, namun berat sendiri struktur lebih kecil. Hal ini dapat mengurangi beban pondasi dan beban gempa. There for, the redesigning of the structure of the Jalak Harupat office building using steel material should refer to the procedure of earthquake resistance planning for building and Non building structures (SNI 1726:2012), Minimum Burden for building planning Other buildings and structures (SNI 1727:2013), and specifications for building structural steel buildings (SNI 1729:2015). Redesigning the upper structure includes design column, and beams. While the floor plate, and stairs are considered as loads. Design structures are planned using IWF steel material. Analysis of calculations using ETABS program, and depictions using AutoCad program. In addition, the calculation of the cost of budget plan for the column structure, and beams to know the price comparison between existing concrete structures with steel structure redesign. Cost of budget plan calculation uses work unit price Analysis year 2018. From the calculation, obtained an existing structure of Rp. 1,699,662,979,-while the redesign structure uses steel of Rp. 2,964,136,583,-. Its existing weight structure is 760,594 kg, while the steel structure is 134,733.5 kg. Steel structure in the design of the office building Jalak Harupat is more expensive than the existing structure, but the weight of its own structure is smaller.
