Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausalitas dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT.Cardsindo Tiga Perkasa dan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingg diperoleh sebanyak 102 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan kerja, Stres kerja, Lingkungan kerja , Turnover intention dan PT. Cardsindo Tiga Perkasa. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, and work environment on turnover intention. This study uses a causality design with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were employees at PT. Cardsindo Tiga Perkasa and the sample was determined by saturated sampling technique so that 102 employees were obtained. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data analysis method used Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
