Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Identifikasi Faktor Penyebab Change Order Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Waktu Pelaksanaan (Studi Kasus : Proyek Infrastruktur Row 45 & Row 38 – Karawang New Industry City), Nama : Welly Mudhi Prasetyo, NIM : 41117310084, Dosen Pembimbing : Novika Candra Fertilia, ST., MT., 2018. Kemungkinan adanya ketidakpastian di lapangan sering terjadi selama berlangsungnya kegiatan proyek infrastruktur jalan yang dapat menimbulkan adanya permintaan untuk mengantisipasi ketidakpastian tersebut melalui permintaan pelaksanaan pekerjaan tambah/kurang yang sering disebut dengan change order. Dengan adanya change order, sebagian besar proyek mengalami perubahan penjadwalan pekerjaan yang mengakibatkan proyek tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan tepat waktu (delay). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab change order yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek dengan harapan dapat membantu mengurangi dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat change order. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 5 orang pakar yang ahli dalam proyek infrastruktur jalan serta 35 orang responden yang bekerja di bidang kontraktor yang terdiri dari berbagai jabatan di dalam suatu proyek infrastruktur jalan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat uji statistic dengan program IBM SPSS untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh sebelas faktor penyebab change order dengan tingkat korelasi “Sangat Kuat” terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek, serta terdapat dua faktor penyebab change order dengan nilai mode 25, yaitu adanya perubahan desain pada pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan serta adanya perubahan lingkup pekerjaan saat pelaksanaan proyek. The possibility of uncertainty in the field often occur during activities of road infrastructure project that can lead to demand to anticipate uncertainty to request for implementation for additional works or job reduction is often called a change order. With the change order, most projects experience changes that resulted in job scheduling project being unable to be completed on time (delay). The purpose of this research is to identify the causes of change order that affect the time performance of the project were in hopes of helping reduce the impact caused by change order. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 5 experts who are experts in road infrastructure projects as well as the 35 respondents who work in the field of contractors consisting of various positions in a road infrastructure project. Data analysis was carried out by using a statistical test tool with the IBM SPSS program to find out the dominant factors that affected the time performance of the project. From the results of the study, eleven causes of change order were obtained with a level of correlation "Very Strong" to the time performance of the project, also there are two factors that cause change order with the value of mode 25, namely the design changes in the work that has been done and the changes in the scope of work during project implementation.
