Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan arus kas bebas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dari website IDX (www.idx.co.id). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2014 - 2018. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang menerbitkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini dalam laporan tahunannya. Dari 26 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di IDX, hanya 13 perusahaan yang memiliki data yang lengkap untuk diteliti, sehingga didapat 65 sampel. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan arus kas bebas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. The type of data used is a secondary data, with the method of collecting documentation data from the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The object of this research is a manufactur company sub sector food and beverage who has been listened on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 - 2018. Sample is taken using a purposive sampling method in companies that publish the required data for this research in their annual reports. From 26 manufactur companies sub sector food and beverage that listed on IDX, only 13 companies who have a complete data to be researched, and there are 65 samples obtained. The statistical test used is the classic assumption test, the feasibility of model test. The result shows that the profitability and the firm size have a significant positive effect to company’s value.
