Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Identifikasi Risiko Keterlambatan Pekerjaan Struktur Pembangunan WarehousePada Proyek Office-Warehouse Facility United Tractors Site Binungan, Nama : Ahmad Fadi, NIM : 41116320085, Dosen Pembimbing : Madjumsyah Hariadi IrMT,IPM, 2018. Pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi banyak hambatan-hambatan kerja yang menyebabkan kinerja buruk seperti keterlambatan waktu. Ketika keterlambatan daripelaksanaan proyek maka akan terjadi penambahan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan di luardari kontrak persetujuan awal dan pihak-pihak yang berkaitan khususnya pelaksana konstruksi proyek tersebut akan mengalami kerugian. Oleh karena itu, hal-hal yang dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dari pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi harus perlu diperhatikan. Perumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah identifikasi risikoketerlambatan pekerjaan struktur pembangunan warehouse pada proyek officewarehouse facility United Tractors Site Binungan. Metodologi penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi langsung (pengamatan langsung), pengumpulan data-data proyek serta studi literatur. Metode Observasi dilakukan dangan mengadakan studi kasus pada proyek Office-Warehouse FacilityUnited Tractors Site Binungan, dengan metode penelitian kumulatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan proses kuisioner berdasarkan 40 reponden, yang kemudian data hasil kuisioner akan di uji instrumen menggunakan software statistik SPSS. Dari hasil dan analisis didapat sekitar tiga penyebab keterlambatan proyek OfficeWarehouse Facility United Tractors Site Binungan yakni keterlambatan pengirimanmaterial, keterlambatan pemeriksaan dan uji bahan, dan ketidakjelasan perencanaan dan spesifikasi. Dari hasil ini kemudian dapat dirumuskan langkah-langkah pencegahanagar tidak terjadinya keterlambatan dalam pekerjaan struktur proyek tersebut. Kata Kunci : Risiko, Keterlambatan, Pekerjaan Struktur, Warehouse. On the implementation of the construction project many of the obstacles to work that cause poor performance such as time delays. When delays from project implementation there will be impacted to additional costs that must be incurred outside of the initial approval contract and the parties concerned, especially the construction project implementer, will experience a loss. Therefore, things that can cause delays in implementing a construction project must be considered. The formulation of the problem in this study is the identification of the risk of delay in the work of the warehouse construction structure at the United Tractors project-warehouse facility Site Binungan project. Research methodologies that the authors use are direct observation (direct observation), collec of project data and literature study. Observation method is carried out by conducting a case study on the United Tractors Office-Warehouse Facility project Binungan Site, with cumulative research method and data collection are carried out by questionnaire based on 40 respondents, which then the results of the questionnaire data will be tested using SPSS statistic software. From the results and analysis, there are about three causes of delays in the UT Office Site-Warehouse Facility project, namely delays in the delivery of materials, delays in inspection and material testing, and unclear planning and specifications. From these results can then be formulated preventive measures in order not to delay in the work of the project structure. Key Words : Risk, Delay, Structure Work, Warehouse.
