Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal dan Ruas Jalan Ir. H. Juanda BulanBulan, Bekasi. Nama : Clarissa Maudya, NIM : 41116320082, Pembimbing : Muhammad Isradi, ST. MT. Kota Bekasi sama halnya dengan kota lainnya yang masih berkembang, mengakibatkan aktifitas perekonomian terus meningkat begitu pula dengan aktifitas kendaraan guna menunjang pergerakan penduduk didalamnya. Meningkatnya aktifitas kendaraan biasanya diimbangi dengan sarana dan prasarana jalan tersebut. Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dapat menimbulkan konflik seperti kemacetan baik di ruas jalan dan persimpangan terutama simpang tak bersinyal yang salah satunya terjadi pada Simpang Ir. H. Juanda Bulan-Bulan. Melihat permasalahan yang ada maka perlu adanya analisis terhadap simpang agar didapat optimasi peningkatan kinerja yang tepat. Dalam menganalisis studi ini menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI, 1997) yang akan menentukan kinerja Ruas, seperti arus, kapasitas, kecepatan, dan derajat kejenuhan, dan kinerja Simpang, seperti volume, kapasitas, tundaan dan peluang antrian. Dengan mengacu pada MKJI, didapatkan derajat kejenuhan pada Jalan Mayor di Simpang dan derajat kejenuhan Simpang sendiri. Di Ruas Jalan Ir. H. Juanda Timur didapatkan nilai DS pada sore hari adalah 0,66 (C) dan di Simpang Ir. H. Juanda didapatkan nilai DS pada sore hari adalah 1,1 (F) dengan peluang antrian adalah 48,43% - 96,81%. Melalui perhitungan dengan beberapa alternatif solusi, didapatkan alternatif 2 dimana terjadi penurunan derajat kejenuhan pada Simpang Ir. H. Juanda. Alternatif 2 dilakukan dengan membuat nilai faktor hambatan samping (FRSU) = 1 serta pengalihan jalan Ir. H. Juanda Timur menuju Ir. H. Juanda Barat dengan pemutaran arah menuju Jl. Perjuangan terlebih dahulu mendapatkan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,71 (D) dan peluang antrian adalah 20,41% - 41,34%. Bekasi city as well as the other cities that are still developing, causing the economic activity are increase as well as vehicle activity to support the movement of the inhabitants therein. The Increased of vehicle activity is usually balanced with road facilities and infrastructure. Lack of facilities and infrastructure can cause conflicts such as traffic jam on roads and intersections, especially on insignalized intersections, one of which is occurs at Simpang Ir. H. Juanda Bulan Bulan. Based on that problems, it is necessary to have an analysis of the intersection in order to obtain the right optimization of performance improvement. This study is analyzed using the method of Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) that will determine the performance of the Segment, such as flow, capacity, speed, and degree of saturation, and performance of intersection, such as volume, capacity, delaying and queuing opportunities. Based on MKJI, obtained degree of saturation on the Mayor Road at the intersection and the degree of saturation of the intersection. On Ir. H. Juanda Timur Road obtained DS value in the afternoon was 0.66 (C) and at intersection Ir. H. Juanda obtained DS value in the afternoon was 1.1 (F) with the opportunity to queuing was 48.43% - 96.81%. Through the calculation with several alternative solutions, there is an alternative 2 where there is a decrease in the degree of saturation at the intersection of Ir. H. Juanda. Alternative 2 is done by making the side resistance factor (FRSU) = 1 and the diversion of the road Ir. H. Juanda Timur headed for Ir. H. Juanda Barat by rotating the direction towards Perjuangan Road first, result the degree of saturation value is 0.71 (D) and the chance of queuing is 20.41% - 41.34%.
