Abstract

Penelitian tentang nilai perusahaan beserta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya telah banyak dilakukan. Berdasarkan penelaahan atas penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh variabel ROE, kepemilikan institusional, dan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan, menunjukkan hasil yang belum konsisten. Dengan demikian peneliti tertarik untuk menguji kembali mengenai ROE, kepemilikan institusional, dan CSR serta pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ROE, kepemilikan institusional, dan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 sampel, data sampel diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi (archive) dan metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% yang didukung oleh software aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel kepemilikan institusional dan CSR tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: ROE, kepemilikan institusional, CSR, dan nilai perusahaan. The research about firm value and many factors which influence had been done more. Based on the analyzed of the previous research regarding the influence of the variables ROE, institutional ownership, and CSR on firm value showed the inconsisten result. Thus, researchers are interested in reexamining the ROE, instutitional ownership, and CSR and their influence on firm value. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of ROE, institutional ownership, and CSR on firm value in agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The number of samples used in this research is 40 samples, sample data obtained through documentation techniques (archive) and sample selection methode using purposive sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a 5% significance level supported by SPSS application software. The results prove that partially return on equity have a significant effect on firm value, while institutional ownership and CSR have no significant effect on firm value.
