Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh growth opportunity, ukuran perusahaan, dan struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 58 perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan dihasilkan sampel 45 perusahaan property dan real estate. Pengujian hipotesis dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa growth opportunity, dan ukuran perusahaan, berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap profitabilas, sedangkan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci : profitabilitas, growth opportunity, ukuran perusahaan, dan struktur modal The purpose of this research is to know the impact of growth opportunity, size firm, and capital structure on profitability. The study takes population of 58 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study used the techique of purposive sampling to complete the sampling selection and producedsampels of 45 property and real estate companies. Hypothesis testing and analysis of the data are using multiple linier regression with the assist of SPSS version 25. The result of this study is that growth opportunity, and size firm has impact significant positive on profitability, and capital structure has impact significant negative on profitability.
