Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the influence of good corporate governance, disclosure of corporate social responsibility and firm size has implications on the value of the company. The sample in this study amounted to 100 of the observation data of the population 25 companies on the consumer goods manufacturing industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study it can be concluded that good corporate governance yang diproksikan melalui komite audit and for disclosure of corporate social responsibility positive and not significant to the value of the company, while the firm size has positve and significant on the value of the company. Keywords: Value Company, Good Corporate Governance, Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and Firm Size, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh good corporate governance, pengungkapan corporate social responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 data pengamatan dari total populasi 25 perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang dagang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data mengunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa good corporate governance yang diproksikan melalui komite audit dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Good Corporate Governance, Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility dan Ukuran Perusahaan
