Abstract

This study aims to determine the Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Prosocial Behavior of Mercu Buana Meruya University Students Force 2017. Samples used in this study were 104 students from all faculties. Data collection is done by the scale of Emotional Intelligence and Prosocial Behavior scale. Results of data analysis using the Spearman correlation technique showed a positive relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Prosocial Behavior. Keywords: Emotional intelligence, prosocial behaviour, student collage Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Emosional dan Perilaku Prososial Mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya Angkatan 2017. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini berjumlah 104 mahasiswa dari seluruh fakultas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan skala Kecerdasan Emosional dan skala Perilaku Prososial. Hasil Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara Kecerdasan Emosional dan Perilaku Prososial. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan emosional.
