Abstract
AUTO 2000 BSD City adalah jaringan jasa penjualan, perawatan, perbaikan dan penyediaan suku cadang Toyota, namun terdapat permasalahan mengenai prestasi karyawan dilihat dari jumlah pelanggan yang komplain atau mengeluh atas hasil kerja karyawan bagian mekanik servis dikarenakan lingkungan kerja seperti sebagian peralatan yang rusak, pelatihan yang kurang memotivasi dari instruktur dan pengembangan karir yang diberikan untuk naik title dibutuhkan pengalaman kerja yang terlalu lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja internal, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap prestasi karyawan. Pengukuran variable menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 mekanik AUTO 2000 BSD City. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja internal, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi karyawan. Peneliti menyarankan kepada AUTO 2000 untuk menyediakan peralatan terbaru yang mencukupi, instruktur yang mampu memotivasi karyawan seperti didatangkan langsung instruktur dari negara Jepang dan mengurangi syarat tahun pengalaman kerja untuk naik title/jabatan agar title master dapat dicapai dengan singkat. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Internal, Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir, Prestasi Karyawan AUTO 2000 BSD City is a service network of sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts, but there are problems regarding employee achievement as seen from the number of customers who complain or complain about the work of service mechanic employees due to the work environment such as some damaged equipment, inadequate training lack of motivation from the instructor and given career development to move up the title requires too long work experience. This study aims to analyze the influence of the internal work environment, training and career development on employee achievement. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale. The population and sample in this study were 54 mechanics of AUTO 2000 BSD City. The sampling method uses the saturated sample technique method. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that the internal work environment, training and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee achievement. Researchers suggest to AUTO 2000 to provide the latest equipment that is sufficient, instructors who are able to motivate employees such as imported instructors directly from Japan and reduce the requirement for years of work experience to increase titles so that the master's title can be achieved in a short time.
