Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori Penelitian Asosiatif Kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Didalam melakukan penelitian, penyusun memberikan skala dengan menggunakan skala likert. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian karyawan PT X yang berjumlah 168 orang sebagai sampel. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik non prosability sampling yang dipilih yaitu dengan sampling jenuh (sensus). Hasil pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Turnover Intention, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Beban Kerja. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, and workload on PT X employee turnover intention. This study is included in the Causal Associative Research category using a quantitative approach. In conducting research, compilers provide a scale using the Likert scale. The population in this study were part of the employees of PT X, totaling 168 people as the sample. In this study, the sampling used non-prosability sampling technique which was selected, namely saturated sampling (census). The results of this study indicate that leadership style, organizational commitment and workload have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
