Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel interverning. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 230 Karyawan Tetap di PT Kimia Farma Tbk Kantor Pusat Gedung C. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 146 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisi data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil lain didapat, pada hubungan melalui mediasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship bahavior melalui variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja, ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berperan penuh dalam memediasi. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as interverning variable study of employee at PT Kimia Farma Tbk Holding C Tower. Population in this research is 230 employees. The sample used is 146 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses probability sampling. The methods of data collection using the survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work motivation has a positive and no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, work environment has no positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Another result are finding, in indirect path, work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as interverning variable, is prove that job satisfaction as a full mediation.
