Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Return On Asset dan Total Assets Turnover terhadap Struktur Modal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 perusahaan sub sektor property, real estate dan building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2013-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan sampel yang terpilih adalah 8 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan model yang terpilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Total Assets Turnover memiliki pengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal sedangkan Current Ratio dan Return On Asset tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal pada perusahaan sub sektor property, real estate dan building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013- 2018. Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Total Assets Turnover dan Struktur Modal. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Assets and Total Asset Turnover on Capital Structure. The population in this study were 51 firms property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the selected samples were 8 companies. Data analysis techniques using panel data regression with the selected model approach, the Fixed Effect Model. The results showed that the Total Asset Turnover had a significant effect on capital stucture while the Current Ratio and Return On Assets did not significant effect capital structure in the firms property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period.
