Abstract
Sleman is a district located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. One of the interesting things about Sleman district is the diverse cultural diversity such as traditions, dance arts, and buildings, where these cultures need to be preserved so that they can continue to exist and can be enjoyed by the next generation. However, the facilities and infrastructure for building construction in Sleman Regency are not sufficient to accommodate existing cultural activities, for that it is necessary to create a Sleman cultural park with the concept of sustainable architecture (sustainable architecture) in order to provide a sustainable cultural meaning. The application of architecture with the concept of sustainable architecture also gives a comfortable impression that aims to build environmental insight, where the use of plants and water as climate regulators, energy-saving development and the use of easily available building materials, namely wood and stone provide comfort that blends with the environment. nature and culture. Keywords: Culture, Sleman Cultural Park, Yogyakarta Sleman adalah sebuah kabupaten yang berlokasi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Salah satu hal yang menarik dari kabupaten Sleman adalah keragaman budaya yang beragam seperti tradisi, seni tari, dan bangunannya, dimana budayabudaya tersebut perlu untuk di lestarikan agar dapat terus ada dan dapat dinikmati generasi selanjutnya. Akan tetapi, sarana dan prasarana pembangunan gedung di kabupaten sleman belum cukup untuk mewadai aktifitas budaya yang ada, untuk itu perlunya dibuat taman budaya sleman dengan konsep arsitektur berkelanjutan (sustainable architecture) agar memberikan makna kebudayaan yang berkelanjutan. Penerapan arsitektur dengan konsep bangunan sustainable architecture juga memberikan kesan yang nyaman yang bertujuan untuk membangun wawasan lingkungan, dimana penggunaan tumbuhan dan air sebagai pengatur iklim, pembangunan yang menghemat energi dan penggunaan material bangunan yang mudah di dapat yaitu kayu, dan batu memberikan kenyaman yang menyatu dengan alam dan kebudayaan.
