Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jaya Mimika Lestari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT Jaya Mimika Lestari. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 100 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dan siginfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Jaya Mimika Lestari. The population in this study were 100 employees of PT Jaya Mimika Lestari. The sample used is 100 employees. Sampling method using a saturated sample technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation has no and significant effect on employee performance.
