Abstract

The activities and implementation of the project consist of various processes and procedures that must be held together between the contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Implementation of effective scheduling aims to avoid excessive use of resources, with the expectation that the project can be completed before the specified time. Therefore, the research is designed using the Critichal Path method (CPM) method, which is a critical path method that has a range of component activities with the longest total number of times and shows the project completion period and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is a method that has a specific way of facing an uncertain period that is almost always the case in reality and accommodates in various forms of calculation. To reduce the impact of project delays and indicate the slowdown time that can be minimized by optimizing the project. The duration of acceleration is done on the activities of the critical path and the number of days given on each alternative can be likable. The result shows that using the CPM and PERT methods can complete the project to 47 days previously 66 days with a project completion presentation of 99.874%. Keywords: project management, CPM, PERT, Kegiatan dan pelaksanaan proyek terdiri dari bermacam proses dan prosedur yang harus diselenggarakan Bersama antara pihak kontraktor, konsultan, dan stakeholder. Penerapan penjadwalan yang efektif bertujuan untuk Menghindari pemakaian sumber daya yang berlebihan, dengan harapan proyek dapat selesai sebelum waktu yang ditetapkan. Oleh karna itu, penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Critichal Path Method (CPM) yaitu metode jalur kritis yang memiliki rangkaian komponen-komponen kegiatan dengan total jumlah waktu terlama dan menunjukan kurun waktu penyelesain proyek tercepat dan Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) adalah metode yang memilii cara yang spesifik untuk menghadapi kurun waktu yang tidak pasti yang memang hampir selalu terjadi pada kenyataan dan mengakomodasi dalam berbagai bentuk perhitungan. Untuk mengurangi dampak proyek penundaan dan mengidikasikan perlambatan waktu yang dapat di minimalisir dengan optimalisasi proyek. Durasi percepatan dilakukan pada kegiatan kegiatan dijalur kritis dan jumlah hari yang diberikan pada setiap alternative ini dapat disamai. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa dengan mengunakan metode CPM dan PERT dapat menyelesaikan proyek menjadi 47 hari yang sebelumnya 66 hari dengan presentasi penyelesain proyek 99,98%.
