Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 karyawan PT Bank CIMB Niaga divisi Branchless Banking. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah 58 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, workload and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were 58 employees of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Branchless Banking division. The sample method used is saturated sample so that the sample used is 58 employees. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. This study proves that the transformational leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
