Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Studi pada Karyawan di Cabang Jakarta PT Multi Terminal Indonesia). Penelitian dilakukan di PT Multi Terminal Indonesia, Jakarta. Populasi berjumlah 120 orang karyawan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Parial Least Square. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tentang Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yang merupakan indikator keberhasilan operasi perusahaan dalam upaya mencapai tujuannya. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. This research aims to find out how The Influence of Training and Career Development On Job Satisfaction (Study on Employees in the Jakarta Branch of PT Multi Terminal Indonesia). The research was conducted at PT Multi Terminal Indonesia, Jakarta. A population of 120 employees used saturated samples. Data collection techniques use questionnaires with quantitative approaches and hypothesis testing, while data analysis methods use Parial Least Square. The results of the data analysis in this study prove that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Thus the company needs to pay attention to employee job satisfaction which is an indicator of the success of the company's operations in an effort to achieve its goals.
