Abstract

Tujuan Utama dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Produktivitas kerja pada petugas loket di Stasiun Pasar Senen PT KAI (Persero) DAOP I Jakarta dengan jumlah responden 90. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dekriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Produktivitas kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa semua variable berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Kompensasi, Produktivitas Kerja, The main objective of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Self-Efficacy, Quality of Work Life, and Compensation on Work Productivity at the counter staff at Pasar Senen Station PT KAI (Persero) DAOP I Jakarta with 90 respondents. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data in this study using the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling method wherein the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The first stage in this study was to test the validity of the questions for each variable along with its reliability. The second stage examines the effect of Self- Efficacy, Quality of Work Life, and Compensation on Work Productivity. The results of this study state that all variables have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: Self-efficacy, Compencation, Productivity, Quality of Work Life
