Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi, Burnout dan Role Conflict terhadap Turnover Intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Notaris Buntario Tigris, SH., SE., MH.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan di Notaris Buntario Tigris, SH., SE., MH. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 66 karyawan Notaris Buntario Tigris, SH., SE., MH. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa Keadilan Organisasi berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Burnout berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan Role Conflict berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Kata Kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Burnout, Role Conflict, Turnover Intention This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice, Burnout and Role Conflict on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is employees who work at Notary Buntario Tigris, SH., SE., MH. The population in this study is eighty employees at Notary Buntario Tigris, SH., SE., MH. The sample used was sixty six employees of the Notary Buntario Tigris, SH., SE., MH. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that Organizational Justice has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention and Role Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.
