Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek Penelitian Ini Adalah Karyawan Yang Bekerja Di PT. BPK Gunung Mulia yang terletak di Jalan Kwitang Raya No.22-23, Kwitang, Senen, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10420. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 43 responden dengan menggunakan design penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk Uji Validasi dan Uji Realibilitas dengan software smartPLS(Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan untuk Motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. BPK Gunung Mulia. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, smartPLS(Partial Least Square). This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The Object of This Research Are Employees Who Work At PT. BPK Gunung Mulia located at Jalan Kwitang Raya No.22-23, Kwitang, Senen, City of Central Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 10420. This study was conducted on 43 respondents using causal research designs. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of Validation and Reliability Tests with Version 3.0 of the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. the results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Leadership Style has a positive effect on Employee Performance, while for Motivation does not have a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT.
