Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan promosi jabatan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Studi kasus pada karyawan Head Office PT Supra Primatama Nusantara). Desain penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausal. Dalam penelitian ini populasi nya adalah karyawan tetap Head Office PT Supra Primatama Nusantara sejumlah 208 karyawan. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan menggunakan teknik non probality sampling. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai Covariance based SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (2) Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Saran yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ialah PT Supra Primatama Nusantara membuat standar operasional perusahaan (SOP) yang jelas agar visi misi organisasi perusahaan dapat tercapai. Seperti bagaimana prosedur pengangakatan karyawan dan pengadaan pemberian penghargaan kepada karyawan yang memiliki kinerja baik. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Promosi Jabatan, Kepuasan Kerja. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership and job promotion on job satisfaction (Case study on employees of the Head Office of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara). The research design used by the author in this study uses causal research. In this study the population is a permanent employee of the Head Office of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara with a total of 208 employees. While the sample in this study was 100 employees using non-probability sampling techniques. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) as a Covariance based SEM. The results showed that (1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Job Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The suggestion put forward in this study is that PT Supra Primatama Nusantara makes clear company operating standards (SOP) so that the company's organizational vision and mission can be achieved. Such as how the procedures for recruiting employees and providing awards to employees who have good performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Job Promotion, Job Satisfaction
