Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Budaya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Tanjung Priok. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Metode penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Pegawai Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Tanjung Priok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 respon. Motode pengambilan sempel menggunakan random sampling dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah outer model dan inner model menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan dan Pelatihan positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dilihat dari nilai path coefficeents 0.299, nilai T-Statistics 3.700(>1.96) dan nilai P-Value 0.00(<0.05), Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dilihat dari nilai path coefficeents 0.352, nilai T-Statistics 3.800(>1.96) dan nilai P-Value 0.00(<0.05), Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dilihat dari nilai path coefficeents 0.422, nilai T-Statistics 4.532(>1.96) dan nilai P -Nilai 0,00(<0,05). Berdasarkan uji determinasi (r2) dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,771% sedangkan 23% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi. This study discusses Education and Training, Motivation and Culture on the Performance of Class I Tanjung Priok Navigation District Employees. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of education and training, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. This research method is the Performance of Class I Navigation District Employees, Tanjung Priok. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The number of samples in this study were 120 responses. The sampling method used was random sampling using a data collection method, namely a questionnaire. The data analysis carried out is the outer model and the inner model using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results showed that Education and Training was positive and significant on performance seen from the path coefficient value of 0.299, the T-Statistics value of 3.700 (> 1.96) and the P-Value value of 0.00 (<0.05), Motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance seen from the path value. coefficients 0.352, T-Statistics value 3.800(>1.96) and P-Value 0.00(<0.05), Organizational Culture has a negative and significant effect on performance as seen from the path coefficients value 0.422, T- Statistics value 4.532(>1.96) and P value -Value 0.00(<0.05). Based on the determination test (r2) it can be said that the variables of Education and Training, Motivation and Organizational Culture on employee performance are 0.771% while 23% are influenced by other variables outside of this study.
