Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Learning Discipline on the Grade Point Average (GPA) of Mercu Buana Students. This research is included in the category of Causal Associative Research using a quantitative approach. In conducting research, compilers provide a scale using the Likert scale. The population in this study were some of the students at the University of Mercu Buana 2016 / 2017, majoring in Management, totaling325 students as the sample. In this study, the sampling used the Non Prosability Sampling Technique that was selected, namely Saturated Sampling (Census). The results show that Intellectual Intelligence (IQ) Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Discipline of Learning has a positive and significant effect on the Grade Point Average (GPA).
