Abstract

dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention (Pada PT. BNI Life Insurance Cabang Smesco Bagian Call Center). Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kausal. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik slovin. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BNI Life Insurance sebanyak 110 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of “Workload, Work Stress and Job Satisfaction to Turnover Intention (At PT. BNI Life Insurance, Smesco Branch, Call Center Division)”. The research design used in this study is a casual research. Data collection methods were obtained through a questionnaire. The sampel used in this study is a probability sampling with slovin technique. The object of this research is employees of PT BNI Life Insurance counted 110 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tools Smart-PLS version 3.0. The results of the research shows that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and (3) Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention.
