Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Return on Assets on Financial Distress of Textile and Garment Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2014 - 2018. The sampling technique uses saturated samples and the analysis technique uses panel data analysis. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA) have no effect on Financial Distress (FD) while the Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on the increase in Financial Distress (FD) in Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 Period. Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Financial Distress (FD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio dan Return on Asset terhadap Financial Distress Pada Sub Sektor Perusahaan Tekstil Dan Garmen Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014 - 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data panel. Hasil dari uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Assets (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress (FD) sedangkan Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kenaikan Financial Distress (FD) di Perusahaan Sub Sektor Tekstil Dan Garmen Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018. Kata Kunci: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Financial Distress (FD).
